Source 1 HTMT is currently operating offshore centers for two large fortune 250 US Insurance companies and other mid-sized companies. All clients are in the medical insurance sector and have outsourced part of their operations, which includes services like claims processing and handling provider calls, to Source 1 HTMT.

Though the domain and nature of activities are similar, claims processing is done on different platforms and for all clients the claims processing engines are proprietary client systems.

COMPANY A: Fortune 150 Insurance Company

Source 1 HTMT has been providing offshore services for this US based insurance company since 2000. We process both HMO & traditional (Medical & Dental) claims, our services include claims pre- adjudication, claims adjudication, data entry, claims audit, providers calls & help desk services.

We started off with 25 processors processing one type of claim to a current strength of over 1000 processors processing 12 different types of claims. We have processed close to 50 million claims till date and we currently process close to 100 million claims every year.

With stringent service levels in place monitored by six sigma measures we consistently achieve quality levels of close to 100 %.

COMPANY B: Fortune 250 Insurance Company

Source 1 HTMT has been providing offshore services for this US based insurance company since 2003. We have agents processing close to 4 million claims per annum. We also make provider calls for resolving any pending claims and handle about 150 000 calls per annum .The work we do for them includes claims pre- adjudication, claims adjudication, data entry, provider calls, plan loading & contract administration.

COMPANY C

A US based Third Party Administrator (TPA) based out of Texas, Company C's mission is to create and deliver healthcare solutions, patient and claimant outcomes, and business results that make their clients more successful. HTMT has been working with Company C since 2003.

Today, Source 1 HTMT has agents processing close to 110,000 claims per annum. We also perform data entry services for the following types of claims:
