In addition to consumer electronics, the Source 1 HTMT centers in Canada and the Philippines handle also product support functions for manufacturers of many household products such as Prestige Brands, Playtex and Tetley. Our New Jersey facility also handles fulfillment requirements for several of these clients as well.

In 2000, Medtech Inc. was making the rounds at the annual SOCAP convention in search of a Co-Sourcing partner to handle their customer support as well as their fulfillment. After carefully looking at numerous vendors, they decided Source 1 HTMT could fulfill their needs.
In 2003, Medtech Inc, was acquired by Prestige Brands Inc. In 2004, Prestige Brands had three call centers handling their inbound calls and needed to consolidate their calls into one center. In July 2004, Prestige Brands made the choice to partner with Source 1 HTMT to handle the customer support and fulfillment for all of their product lines. Source 1 HTMT now handles the inbound customer contacts for such Prestige Brands Products as Spic N' Span, Comet, Chloraseptic, Cutex Nail Polish Remover, Compound W Wart Remover, and New Skin Liquid Bandage.
The services provided by Source 1 HTMT for Prestige Brands is not limited to inbound calls. Source 1 HTMT also has a Client Service Specialist who makes follow-up calls to irate customers, responds to white mail, email, and settles property damage claims for less than $250. Source 1 HTMT also sends out coupons, refund checks, and letters on Prestige Brands Inc.'s behalf.
