We are currently working with this firm on four projects across multiple delivery sites including Toronto & Manila.
Project 1 – Outstanding Collection
Our team of Collection Associates makes outbound calls to client’s customers to remind them of outstanding invoices, inquire as to whether they have received the invoice/understood it, soft collections and remind end customers of contractual terms and their obligation to pay within their terms. In addition, the Collection Associates take necessary steps to attempt to resolve all matters related to the full closure of the outstanding invoices.
Project 2 – Insurance Certificate Collection
Our team of representatives makes outbound calls to the client’s end customer’s insurance agent to obtain updated certificates. On receiving the certificate from the insurance agent, the representative will first review it to ensure compliance with client’s requirements.
Project 3 – Roadside Assistance
Our team of representatives supports clients Roadside Assistance process where they directly interface with client’s end customers experiencing mechanical or other difficulties with the trucks that are rented out. This function provides year round roadside assistance for customers anywhere in the US and Canada. Through an inbound/outbound call process (i.e., to support “Case” creation, Follow up or Information Only) and the use of web-based software, the agent handles contacts in accordance with clients Quality Customer Care Procedures.
Project 4: IT Help Desk
The IT Service Desk representatives provide help desk support for all products and software running on systems in the client’s IT environment including, but not limited to, support for Incidents related to password administration, printing issues, desktop, security, database issues, client proprietary systems and applications, commercial third party applications, and remote access issues.
