We handle the customer care for the client’s gas cards since 2002. A team of 140 representatives provide multilingual support in both English and Spanish. Representatives have been performing over-all customer care from credit card enrolment, billing queries, payment assistance, general product information, card problems such as stolen/lost cards, damaged cards and declined cards. E-mail support is also provided. Currently handle a monthly average of 175,000 transactions related to payment processing.
